Previous leadership experience Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload Deliver craveable food through recipe adherence and food quality standards Knowledge of cash handling procedures The ability to empower and mentor Tribe Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must learn to cross train in all positions Must get a managers food handlers certification upon hire Must have slip resistance shoes (day 1 of training) Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test The ability to demonstrate our Values daily: Teamwork, Relentlessness, Integrity, Best in Class, and Empowerment ABOUT US: Working at Freebirds is about more than serving great food.
