Papa Johns Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers as we continue to grow and add more stores in Central Florida!

Responsibilities:-

Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

• Train and supervise store employees, providing guidance and support as needed

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of merchandise

• Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

• Collaborate with the manager to achieve sales targets and meet financial goals

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Experience in cash handling and familiarity with retail math calculations

• Proficient in phone etiquette, with clear communication skills

• Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required

• Familiarity with operating a cash register and performing clerk duties

• Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is desirable

• Must be 18 yo or older
