The Taco Bell Shift Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

  • Strong preference for internal promote from Hourly Champion position

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Able to do basic business math

  • Able to stock shelves and coolers

  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction

  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin

  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant

  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time

VIEW JOBS 4/23/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-22T00:00 JOB SUMMARY The Lead Dredge Operator is responsible for the dredging quality control program design, monitoring, and assurance for the project. The Lead Dredge Operator will be responsible for operations of variety of equipment utilized in dredging and the oversite of dredging production and dredging crew. This position will work on the dredge as needed and will work in an office environment while off the dredge. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Responsible for the operations of a variety of equipment utilized in dredging. * Assist in recruitment needs. * Responsible for overseeing dredging crew. * Track the status of the project utilizing the reports available in RMS. (QC comments, submittal register status and three phase control worksheets). * Ensure that safety inspections are performed. * Assist in maintaining updated as-built drawings onsite, testing plan and log to ensure all testing is performed per contract. * Develop and administer the project quality control plan in coordination with the Port Captain and Dredge Operator. * Enforce project quality control plans and associated standards. * Maintain availability at the site for Quality Control implementation, QC testing and deficiency tracking during progress of the work. * Conduct daily utilization and maintain logs of equipment, personnel and maintenance activities of the dredge plant and dredge plant instrumentation plan in RMS. * Participate in weekly QC meetings with contract personnel and interested government personnel. * Work with the Port Captain with managing, scheduling, reviewing, and certify all submittals for client review and approval. * Work with the Port Captain in preparing and tracking all RFI's and for submission to the client. * Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work. * Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project. * Conduct preconstruction meetings with Port Captain with new and existing subcontractors prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues that affect quality. * Support and administer dredging quality management system implementation. * Prepare and/or assist with CADD deliverables. * Perform all necessary project inspections needed for compliance with the contract. * Schedule and document results and maintain a log of all independent inspections that are required. * Document, correct and re-inspect all non-conformances prior to completing the work. * Conduct periodic follow up inspections to verify that work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents and the approved submittals. * Perform Punch-out and Pre-final inspections and participate in Final Inspections. Establish list of deficiencies; correct prior to the Final inspection. * Assemble and forward project closeout documents to the Port Captain. * Stop work if necessary to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work. * Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. * Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will require coordination with other operational quality and safety personnel. Job Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES * Ability to troubleshoot a variety of issues that may arise with dredging equipment. * Knowledge of dredging procedures and ability to perform functions specific to the position. * Good working knowledge of Atchafalaya River and the Atchafalaya River Bar Channel. * Ability to operate a variety of equipment utilized in dredging. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. * Ability to maintain a professional appearance. * Ability to be detail oriented, organized, and proactively follow-up as needed. * Ability to adapt to changes in tasks in the work environment; manage competing demands and change approach to best fit the situation.Must be able to deal with frequent delays, and unexpected tasks as assigned. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft business software applications presently used by the Company; ability to learn new applications. * Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal. * Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings with clients. * Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. * Ability to learn and understand the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Ability to work in a team environment and ask for assistance when needed. * Ability to use excellent time management to prioritize and plan work activities. * Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner. * Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required; * Current TWIC card required or obtain before employment. * Minimum 5 years' experience on Dredging projects of similar size and complexity. * Minimum 5 years' US Army Corps of Engineers experience preferred. * Required familiarity with EM 385-1-1 requirements and experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance. * Must have current valid driver's license and clean driving record and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Company's Driving Policy. * Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening. The noise level and working conditions are consistent with those of typical dredging jobs.
