VIEW JOBS 5/4/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-08-02T00:00 Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures. * Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents. * Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing. * Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions. * May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests. * Responsible for maintaining department files. * May assist with production planning and special projects. * May assist in resolving payroll issues. * Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures. Position Specific Details: * MAY ONLY $1000 HIRING BONUS! $500/1st full pay period, $200/ 6 months, $300/ 1 year * Base hours of 7am-3pm, overtime as needed, at our Menasha distribution facility on Brighton Beach Road * Key Tasks * Setting-up jobs for you and your team * Working and running small equipment - i.e. shrink wrap, collator * Train new workers to required job tasks * Completing production and productivity paperwork * Ensuring quality of product through your line * Oversee workers assigned to multiple jobs * Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor. * Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations. * Able to perform arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric procedures in standard practical applications. * Able to read and interpret work instructions.
