Shift Lead - 2Nd Shift

Shift Lead

Location: Greenville, WI

Wage: 30.96 / hour

Shift: 2nd Shift 3pm - 1am

While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Shift Lead you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing leadership and support to the production team

• Oversee daily line staffing, line rotation (when needed), production tracking documentation and operator training.

• Assisting in on and off line setups and line troubleshooting when needed.

• In charge of Shift Lead Support Circle including safety observations, operator circles, troubleshooting processes, teamwork and communication, quality check and efficiency/scrap checks

• Participate in a variety of lead tasks which include but are not limited to: conflict resolution, incident management, weather emergency management, quality management, payroll and vacation slips

• Documents labor allocation in spreadsheet

• Completes Shift Summary reports and Team Duty assignments (safety, productivity, scrap, etc)

• Oversees plant shutdown duties

• Operates line equipment, plant and equipment cleaning and housekeeping when necessary

This position is located in Greenville, WI.

• Must be an effective communicator over the public address system.

• You can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.

• You have 2 to 4 continuous years of experience operating machines.
