Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems is seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer/Administrator. This position is located in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ, but may consider work from any Northrop Grumman facility in US. Remote work is not authorized. The position will support Tactical Space Systems Division in their development and deployment of SharePoint and Power Platform tools and applications to internal customers.

  • Low Code/No Code Development

  • Service as the Division Technical Subject Matter Expert and provide consulting support.

  • SharePoint administration, PowerApps and Power Automate development

  • Rebuild of current tools and forms from Nintex, InfoPath and SharePoint Designer into Power Apps, Power Automate, or ServiceNow solutions

  • SQL database creation and administration

  • Research and development of new tools and applications

  • Standard Operating Procedure Development

  • Application Design diagrams and documentation

  • Provide training on tools and resources

  • Assist in the development of SharePoint governance guidance for the division and other internal customers

  • Customer Service to internal and external users

This position can be filled at the Designer or Principal Designer level.

Basic Qualifications

Designer

  • 2 years of experience with a Bachelors in a STEM degree (ideally software engineering or a related degree); or a Masters degree. Experience can be considered in lieu of degree

  • Principal Developer Level: Experience with leading a development project including breaking down tasks using agile

  • Experience with PowerApps Development, Power Automate, and SharePoint Administration

  • Experience with scripting languages: PowerFX, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.

  • Strong Attention to detail with a demonstrated strong customer service

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Principal Designer

  • 5 years of experience with a Bachelors in a STEM degree (ideally software engineering or a related degree); or 3 years of experience with a Masters degree; or a PhD. Experience can be considered in lieu of degree

  • Experience with PowerApps Development, Power Automate, and SharePoint Administration

  • Experience with scripting languages: PowerFX, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.…

  • Strong Attention to detail with a demonstrated strong customer service

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Salary Range: $88,700.00 - $133,100.00Salary Range 2: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
