SharePoint/Kintone Support Administrator
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.
The SharePoint/Kintone Support Administrator will have responsibility for the functional support of the KBRwyle Science and Space (S&S) Business Unit SharePoint and Kintone sites. The SharePoint/Kintone Support Administrator will collaborate with internal and external customers to understand and document their functional requirements, and implement that functionality on the appropriate platform. The SharePoint/Kintone Support Administrator will also work with KBRwyle IT and other SharePoint and Kintone personnel to ensure the proper operation and performance of the S&S Business Unit sites.
Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint and Kintone sites.
Conduct requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment activities associated with implementation of new sites, as well as for enhancement of existing sites. This includes but not limited to preparing appropriate documentation associated with each step of the development process.
Develop and maintain custom sites.
Develop and maintain site libraries, lists, custom forms, web parts, wikis and custom and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) workflows.
Manage permissions, enterprise content, security, and governance. Create security groups, assign access, and administer changes for users.
Work with KBRwyle IT and other SharePoint and Kintone Personnel to ensure the health, stability and performance of the sites.
Support resolution of user issues.
Stay current on SharePoint, Kintone, and other related technologies.
Assist in the development and delivery of user training, including specific training for site owners, as needed.
Assist in the evaluation, selection and implementation of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products related to all of the above.
Develop, execute, and adhere to project plans and project schedules.
Develop documentation to support all activities detailed above.
Provide weekly status reports of work activities to designated management.
Provide focus on continuous improvement of customer support performance, with emphasis on promoting a customer service focused culture, and improving the accountability of delivering timely and effective user support.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities may require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
Required Education/Experience :
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or the related combination of education and experience that provides knowledge and exposure to the fundamental theories, principles and concepts within an IT discipline plus2-4 years experience with front-end administration of SharePoint sites in SharePoint 2013 and 2016 environments.
Experience creating custom workflows to support business processes
Experience with permission management, including group creation and maintenance.
Experience in working effectively with stakeholders to develop functional requirements.
Familiarity with business processes and programming concepts.
Excellent customer-service skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Project Management skills
Desired Education, Experience, Skills or Training :
Working experience with Kintone
Experience with databases (i.e. Microsoft Access, SQL, etc.)
SharePoint related technical certifications
