The Center of Excellent SharePoint Team at Freddie Mac is seeking a Systems Analyst Senior to assist in development projects by analyzing the business needs and acting as a primary lead to interface with various areas and departments across the firm. This will include the documentation of process flows, content analysis as well as being responsible for communications and guiding users on implementing best practice.

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:

SharePoint Best Practices/Governance

  • Automating business processes with Nintex Forms and Workflows using best practices

  • Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and providing guidance for improvements

  • Business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements

  • Leverages understanding of Workflow Process Engineering concepts and practices

  • Work with business users to determine appropriate design requirements and align to best practices and governance policies

  • Reviews processes and governance practices and actively engages in improvements

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinates cross-functional work teams toward task completion

  • Assists in all aspects of Support and Projects as needed

  • Assist other team members and business site owners with the implementation of new SharePoint solutions and provide day-to-day operations support

  • Assists in all aspects of Support and Projects as needed

Team and Business Communication

  • Facilitates communications with business users during each phase of the development lifecycle

  • Interface with customers to provide support, training, and documentation and governance

  • Transfer Knowledge to the business user (Train the trainer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience

  • 5 - 7 years' experience with in-depth understanding of Microsoft products: Office 365, SharePoint, Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Automating business processes with Nintex Forms and Workflows experience is required

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in requirements analysis and development, change management, and solution implementation preferred

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/O365 Administration and have a basic understanding of SharePoint solution best practices (on-prem and cloud)

  • Demonstrated project management experience
