The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for designing, planning, and supporting new technology in front-office applications, web-based infrastructure, and personal computing systems, to resolve business problems and optimize front-office productivity
Areas of focus include web technology, virtualization, operating systems, productivity applications, application integration, collaboration tools, managed service solutions, and developing future service delivery strategy
The SharePoint Administrator must participate, fully, and lead in matters related to project management, incident management, change management, problem management, and other ITIL-based processes
Other functions may include technical and management projects related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, compliance, legal matters, coaching, training, development of specialized programs, and enterprise computing projects such as system configuration, troubleshooting, security, resource management, etc.
This position will be called on, frequently, to perform complex and non-standard functions, and is expected to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, at all times
Provide leadership for daily operations, and improvement of SharePoint farm infrastructure
The SharePoint Administrator will lead design, implementation, configuration, and update of software and hardware systems for the SharePoint environment
Demonstrates an expert knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016, SharePoint online, and Enterprise class applications
Has SharePoint Online experience
Skilled as a SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 on-premise, and SharePoint Online Farm Administrator; showing working knowledge of Central Administration, STSADM, and PowerShell administration modules
Provide a source of expertise, in incorporating and implementing SharePoint solutions, in the current environments
Provide technical leadership, in planning and executing future SharePoint upgrades, and other associated applications
Support other Administrators, SharePoint Developers, SharePoint Analysts, and key business stakeholders, in evaluating, documenting, implementing, and maintaining changes and daily operations of the company's SharePoint systems
Keep abreast of new technology developments, and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards, as appropriate
Work with key business stakeholders, to translate requirements into deliverable SharePoint applications/sites
Event and Diagnostic Log troubleshooting; search administration and troubleshooting
Plan and implement service packs, cumulative updates, solutions, features, web parts, templates, and custom software
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL server administration
Draft implementation documentation for integrations, upgrades, deployments, and other changes
Maintain backup plan for disaster recovery, and test regularly

As a trusted Atorage Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting storage administration at 3 different data centers with 5 separate environments. The storage administrator provides technical support in a production operations environment and have thorough knowledge of multiple storage software and hardware technologies. This storage administrator will perform complex operational tasks that include support of various types of applications used in a web infrastructure, analysis of the root cause of any problem issues, resolution of any application problems, and escalation of any irresolvable issues to the vendor as necessary. On-call and weekend work is expected as you will support 24x7x365 environment. Key Responsibilities: * General maintenance, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage incidents in the environment * Resolve all storage related issues * Drive problem resolutions to ensure business continuity * Improve quality and ensure consistent and timely resolution of incidents * Implement necessary steps to prevent future incidents * Perform change management (CM) role on all storage software or hardware. Implement storage change requests based on CM processes * Install, upgrade and maintain all storage components * Document processes in accordance with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) requirements * Identify opportunities for quality and process improvement resulting in improved efficiency, increased productivity, and high customer satisfaction. * Work with other teams to support business needs and respond to requests in a timely * Administer, develop, manage, and perform disaster recovery procedures and processes for managed clusters VCS across various environments manner * Participate in Disaster recovery exercises and provide required support for successful implementation Required Experience/Skills: * 10 years of storage administration experience * Extensive troubleshooting skills relating to Unix and Linux platforms * Able to follow the latest advancements in storage hardware, storage design and their impact to existing products and services * Experience with integrating various web applications with Veritas Cluster servers • * Financial industry experience required. * Follow-up and attention to detail with great customer service skills • Professional, responsible attitude and work independently * Extensive written documentation (processes, user guides) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work with remote, matrixed teams * Ability to work effectively in a team, and with clients * Knowledge and Skills Required: * Veritas Storage Foundation * Veritas Cluster Server and Cluster Volume Manager * Hitachi Storage Array * Netbackup appliance * Exposure to virtualization technologies like VMWare and Solaris Logical domains * Scripting experience with Perl or Korne Shell * Sun Solaris and Redhat Linux administration skills * Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, fibre-channel networking, cabling infrastructure, & data network components * Candidate must be a US Citizen Benefits: Full-time employees (permanent or contract employees who are employed for a term greater than 6 months) are eligible for benefits including time-off benefits, such as vacations and holidays, and insurance and other plan benefits.
