Oakwood Systems Group and its- Managed Services team continues to grow. To accommodate this success, we are adding a SharePoint Administrator to the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to deepen and broaden their technical and professional skills as well as work within a dynamic team of professionals.
The SharePoint Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will interact directly withcustomers to troubleshoot, document defects or enhancements. They will answer a wide variety of technical and best practices questions related to the client's business intelligence and data integration products.

Responsible for basic monitoring and management of Client's SharePoint environment under the direction of the SharePoint Team Leader
Acknowledgement of alarms raised at the Management Operations Center (MOC) and first level problem resolution following precise/written operations procedures and/or technical escalation to higher levels
Remote eyes and hands and scheduled Level 2 tasks
Trouble ticketing ownership: authenticate customer, open, update, own and close tickets
Customer notifications when an incident occurs as per the applicable SLA
Statistics gathering, management reporting, on-demand reporting
Quarterly Reports as required for each client
Assist in project implementation
Provide procedure feedback and initiation
Deal with problem solving variables in standardized situations and include the appropriate individuals in the decision making process
Attend meetings, trainings or seminars for continuing education
Qualified Candidates Must Bring:
Extensive troubleshooting skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
Ability to diffuse complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to follow instructions, read, and interprets documents for operating, training and disseminating to others
Ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
Ability to take direction from the SharePoint Team Leader and Director of Operations
Ability to mentor junior level team members
