HII Mission Driven Innovative Solutions Inc. (HII-MIS) provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

HII - MIS is currently seeking a SharePoint Administrator to work out of their San Antonio, TX office. Work will require a substantial knowledge of SharePoint content management, SharePoint workflows, SharePoint permissions and programming skills necessary to organize information, develop web pages, create templates, develop web forms, establish site structure, and produce website documentation. Candidate will ensure work products are correct, adhere to the design concepts, and comply with agency requirements and standards. Candidate will participate in test activities, demonstrate product to Government personnel for approval, prepare status reports, and provide presentations of the SharePoint sites to end user representatives. Candidate will participate in other technical assistance as required. The candidate will have demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Administrator, including work developing web applications and websites.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Microsoft SharePoint Administration (SharePoint Online experience a plus)

  • Knowledge of SharePoint rights and permissions

  • Knowledge of SharePoint organizational structure including content types, taxonomy, document tagging and searching

  • Ability to manage and monitor overall health, functionality and performance of the SharePoint sites

  • Creating SharePoint workflows

  • Knowledge of SharePoint scripting and theme functions

  • Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or applications as the opportunities arise

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree and 9 year's work experience


  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
