Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing & Event Support:
(CMP access is limited to redeeming approved prizes. There will be no authority to issue comp, Momentum dollars, free play, player perks, Momentum achievement awards, or any other Marketing offers outside of redeeming approved prizes. No authorization to adjust points.)
Various Venue Set-ups/Take downs including promotional area.
Attendance at Sponsorship & Live on Locations events (representation offsite, education & promotions)
Promotional Activations (CMP, guest assist, restocking, prepares, sort, arrange inventory for gift distributions)
Event Merchandising (pallet unloading and Merchandise set-up)
Ticket Distribution (guest assist with CMP)
Entertainment Team Guest Assist (ticket scanning, seating guests, guest assist)
Giveaways (floor activation events). No cash handling.
Use computer software to register guests in a quick and professional manner
Other Events as built out and need for execution
Food & Beverage:
Beverage self- service stations servers
Restaurant Host
Various roles from Mast certified pourers, ticket sales, cashiering, guest assist, food & beverage runners
Operates dishwasher.
Player Services:

Momentum enrollment
Mobile Patron Registration (guest assist with CMP)
Bus/Motor Coach Arrival (check-in, awarding of promotions.)
Coat Check
Facilities/EVS:
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts, and vacuums all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management.
Removes and recycles trash.
Maintains building and property performing routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities.
Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms.
Maintains floor cleanliness.
Communicates inventory supply status to management.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
Operates dish machine.
Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions.
Security:
Assistance with crowd control at events/promotions and building entrances, hand out promotional related items i.e., pins, masks
Assist with Security escorts
Legal:
Administrative duties in support of the health, safety, and risk management functions
Maintain working knowledge of relevant CDC, state, and local public health agency guidelines
Conduct telephonic wellness checks and determine quarantine status
Serve as liaison with HR regarding case tracking and reporting, LOAs, and team member support
Develop, maintain, and distribute case tracking information, and other reporting needs, as scheduled or requested
Partner with HR to develop, maintain, publish, and distribute safety and health information
Coordinate onsite immunization clinics
Liaise with Tribal Health staff on health and safety programs for team members
Assist in developing and facilitating health and safety training, as indicated
Wardrobe:
Performs duties in the areas of restocking, Inventory, laundry, and cleanliness of Team store
Escorts Team member to and from employee entrance to Wardrobe.
C- Store:
Performs duties in the areas of food prep and service, gas pump management, inventory management, and cleaning.
Maintains a sharp focus on delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns
Maintains site appearance standards
Casino Hotel:
Strips linens, trash, cups, glasses, room service dishes, and other guest loan items from guestrooms and ensures the linens get to the laundry in a timely manner.
Makes beds with clean linen; cleans bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
Dusts furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
Replenishes guest room and bathroom amenities, linens, and supplies; vacuums rooms, empties trash, and cleans ashtrays.
Assists with deep cleaning of rooms and periodic cleaning projects when necessary.
Records and reports maintenance problems found in guestrooms.
May operate dishwasher to clean and sterilize glassware.
All roles include:
Assisting with the cleanliness of the property as needed with cleaning various spaces and post event clearing
Strong focus on guest safety
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Active awareness of ilani activities, resources, and outlets
Ability to make sound judgments and decisions within department guidelines
Communicates in a clear, concise, and professional manner in verbal, written and radio communications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Recognized Equivalent of High school Diploma (GED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
Must be willing to be trained to perform within at least three areas of operational roles
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Basic Computer skills / Word, Outlook
Previous Customer Service experience in a high-volume hospitality venue
Must have valid driver's license and be insurable through ilani
Ability to work in a high energy environment with loud noises, and low lighting
Must be able to work varied schedule that will likely include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand or walk for entire shift (8 - 10 hours)
May be required to work off property in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50 pounds and carry 20 pounds
Documentation will be needed for some roles, MAST Certification, Food Handlers Card, etc.
Must be willing to work in a smoking environment
Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures (wear appropriate PPE and practice social distancing)
