Job Summary
This position is responsible for responding to People & Talent inquiries primarily from Team Members, managers, healthcare partners, sponsored staff, and other members of the People & Talent Team. The primary focus of this job is to provide support regarding People & Talent policies, programs, processes, and some basic HR systems support (e.g., Peoplesoft, Taleo, badges, etc.)
The Shared Services Specialist 2 is responsible for data entry of employee life cycle transactions responding to tier 2 requests and inquiries from team members, leaders, and People & Talent colleagues.
Core Responsibilities
Accurately enters data into People & Talent systems including Peoplesoft HCM for employee life cycle events.
Executes assigned transactions in People & Talent systems based on provided guidelines and instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
Follows internal processes to self-audit entry and completed transactions.
Responds to team member inquires and requests escalated from tier 1 Shared Services support in alignment with People & Talent and organizational policy and procedure. Provides detailed information and warm hand-off to People & Talent colleagues and IT partners for cases requiring Tier 3 or Tier 4 support
Ensures SOP are being followed and non-compliant items are remediated or escalated as appropriate.
Support organizational changes including Healthcare system related transaction processing, gathering data for mass changes, and assisting HRBPs and Senior colleagues with related inquiries.
Assists customers with any problems encountered while using HR self-service tools for employee transactions (e.g., data changes, onboarding, separations, benefits administration, performance management and compensation, job postings, etc.) using provided scripts, knowledge banks, and documentation.
This role will directly support our TGH North locations in Hernando and Citrus county, along with our Main TGH Campus People & Talent Division. Role is currently set for a hybrid remote model, with the office being located at our TGH Main Campus.

High school diploma/GED required. Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2 years of relevant experience required.
