The position of Client Services Analyst (CSA) works daily analyzing electronic client files to maintain the accuracy of all COBRA and Direct Bill system data.
What you will do:
Analyze imported and exported benefit files
Follow processing procedures and schedule to complete daily tasks
Respond to project managers on any open items
Regularly analyze internal systems data and correct any errors or discrepancies
Process COBRA and Direct Bill imports with accuracy and in a timely manger
Work daily on client service questions/issues and responsible for following up with the correct answers to the client or team
Responsible for documenting and updating client processing documentation as it relates to file processing
Reviews Audit results and correct any accounts that are identified by the audits
What you will need:
1 - 2 years of administrative experience
Working Knowledge of COBRA laws and regulations
Understanding of Travis and MBE, and the correlation between the two
Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook etc. such as MS Office Suite software with Windows operating system, ability to toggle through multiple screens/programs to locate information efficiently
