Position Summary:

The position of Client Services Analyst (CSA) works daily analyzing electronic client files to maintain the accuracy of all COBRA and Direct Bill system data.

What you will do:

  • Analyze imported and exported benefit files

  • Follow processing procedures and schedule to complete daily tasks

  • Respond to project managers on any open items

  • Regularly analyze internal systems data and correct any errors or discrepancies

  • Process COBRA and Direct Bill imports with accuracy and in a timely manger

  • Work daily on client service questions/issues and responsible for following up with the correct answers to the client or team

  • Responsible for documenting and updating client processing documentation as it relates to file processing

  • Reviews Audit results and correct any accounts that are identified by the audits

What you will need:

  • HSD/GED

  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience

  • Working Knowledge of COBRA laws and regulations

  • Understanding of Travis and MBE, and the correlation between the two

  • Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook etc. such as MS Office Suite software with Windows operating system, ability to toggle through multiple screens/programs to locate information efficiently

VIEW JOBS 9/6/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-12-05T00:00 Position Summary: The position of My Premium Accountant (MPA) - Client Services Analyst works daily performing analysis and reconciliation of client billing statements from carriers, internal systems and flexible spending accounts. What you will do: * Reconcile monthly bank statements for clients, client invoices from carriers, and internal systems to ensure all participants, rates, premiums, coverage dates, etc. are in sync * Notify client what needs to be paid, or request funds from the client and submit the payment on behalf of the client * Run all monthly reports, checking balancing, billing reports, eligibility listings, timely and efficiently * Works daily on client services questions/issues and is responsible for following up with the correct answers to the client or carrier * Ability to provide detailed internal and external communication to successfully document instruction and process * Create and maintain filing system for processing work that is easily retrievable What you will need: * Associate Degree or equivalent work experience, 1-3 years in the benefits field, Accounting/Finance experience a plus * Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as reports, correspondence, multi-level instructions, procedures and requirements and the ability to converse in a way that allows effective transfer of facts, concepts and other information related to the position * Basic mathematical skills * Detail oriented * Ability to think strategically when dealing with electronic data * Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite software and web-based technologies Why work here: * Great benefits including; Health, Dental, Life & Vision with generous PTO and 401K plan * On-Site Fitness Center (cardio machines, free weights, showers), putting green, pool table and a relaxation room * We give back!
