YOUR ROLE: Associate Director Marketing Platforms
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Interactive, we've highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.
Work with marketing technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new marketing strategies
Apply consistent project management approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements
Create detailed project work plans from estimated scope of work, assign project plan tasks to team members and oversee the development of project deliverables
Manage project timelines & budgets and provide in-depth status reports to engagement management and client team
Track and manage all project related issues and assist with risk identification and mitigation planning
Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements
Analyze requirements and provide leading practices in the design of the solution
Participate in the creation and execution of test plans, strategies, and communications (e.g. requirement traceability, test scripts, test data requirements, defect management)
Oversee client relationships on a daily basis, providing creative solutions and managing their expectations
Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of marketing automation, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media
