The Salesforce Administrator will be accountable for the overall success of Clari's production Salesforce implementation in support of our Sales team.

Your primary goal is to provide technology solutions that enables Sales and all stakeholders in the Revenue Operations life-cycle to be more efficient. Partner with Sales to define, align and improve business processes through use of information technology services.

The ideal candidate translates business issues and opportunities into scalable technology services and can simplify complex processes. You have great sense of urgency and a call to action. You are experienced in identifying business opportunities for automation and improvement with little to no guidance.

In the first 3 months (Immersion Phase) you will:

  • Become knowledgeable with Clari SFDC implementation and all supporting applications and integrations.

  • Become knowledgeable with Sales and operational support processes with focus on SFDC, CPQ, Conga and Docusign.

  • Provision, setup and manage users across the sales tool stack.

  • Manage all aspects of complex Salesforce implementation, including day-to-day administration, security, user provisioning, customization, and integration with other tools

By 6 months mark (Build Phase) you will:

  • Lead the testing and deployment of ad-hoc or project related configuration in Salesforce and other sales tools.

  • Develop a deep knowledge of various platforms to help document and improve Clari's sales process.

  • Manage, refine, and strive to improve Salesforce CPQ (aka SteelBrick CPQ) implementation, including tight integrations with Conga and DocuSign.

  • Monitor, and maintain data quality and integrity through ongoing analysis, deduplication, cleanup, remediation of procedural deficiencies that contribute to bad data.

  • Develop and deliver accurate analyses, reports and dashboards and ad-hoc requests

By the 12 months mark (Optimization Phase) you will:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase value and user experience outside of the Sales organization

  • Identify, present, and implement automation to streamline workflows across the organization.

  • Significantly contribute to our internal process documentation and knowledge bases.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to identify deficiencies and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a certified Salesforce.com administrator and subject matter expert

  • Expert-level design, administration, and troubleshooting skills in the following areas of Salesforce:

  • Process Builder, Flow, and legacy Workflow

  • Complex formula fields, validation rules, and record assignment rules

  • Reports and dashboards

  • Design, development and implementation of Salesforce Custom Objects and fields

  • Best practices and feature release management

  • Lightning interface design, page assignment, and support

  • Experience implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and extending Salesforce CPQ (aka Steelbrick CPQ) for subscription-based sales and contract management

  • Strong experience configuring Conga Composer solutions to include custom buttons and advanced merge documents

  • Strong data management skills including normalization, merge/purge/batch update, and migration

  • Basic HTML and Apex experience (troubleshooting or implementing basic triggers)

  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage/test functional or process changes

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business model and sales operations for B2B subscription software sales

  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Developer, and/or experience is a plus

  • Administration experience with: Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Marketo
