Overview
Hamilton is seeking a Sewer Sales Coordinator to join our Team.
This friendly professional will coordinate with management on the day-to-day operations and scheduling within the Plumbing/Drain Service Department.

Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate installations with sales staff, install Supervisor and customers.
Reschedule cancelled installation appointments.
Answers client and customer questions.
Pull and track necessary permits for installations.
Verify method of payment and final collection for each install.
Create install tickets using our appointment management system and review for accuracy and completeness when install is finished.
Communicates with installers to answer inquiries and provide information.
Notifies customers of estimated times of arrival.
Reviews time tickets, maintains technician time for payment and reports to management when travel time and unapplied labor go over targeted budget.
Performs record management by creating folders, filing, and updating information as needed.
Telephones customers to ensure satisfaction of the quality of services provided. Enters all customer remarks and concerns into the computer.
May assist in collecting on unpaid accounts.
Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Follows the guidelines for the Senior Care, Ethics, and Quality Assurance Process.
Assist Dispatch as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have prior office administration work experience (Home service industry preferred).
An understanding of plumbing is a plus!
Must be computer literate; experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
Must have good communication skills and be able to represent our company with city officials..
