Position Summary:

This position is for Corelle Brands' Marshall Manufacturing Distribution Center in Byhalia, Mississippi. Supervise and coordinate all activities in the Set-Assembly Department on 2nd Shift. Interface/Coordinate with other supervisors and lead personnel in other departments to ensure safety, quality and production objectives are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production efforts to meet all department goals, efficiency, standards, etc.

• Identify challenges and develop actions to continuously improve processes

• Supervise, train, and develop all hourly shift personnel in the department

• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained in the department

• Maintain/exceed department cost, quality, and customer service objectives

• Maintain/update process controls and associated documentation

• Administer all company and facility policies.

• Expected to lead approximately 35 employees.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 Years Supervisory Experience

• Prior Manufacturing/Warehousing/Distribution Experience

• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

• Good Verbal/Written Communication Skills

• Self-Starter with Process Improvement Skills

• Background in Lean Manufacturing Principles a plus but not required.

• Bi-Lingual preferred but not required.
