Unity Technologies provides a growing number of services to our customers as an end-to-end solution for game development and monetization. These services complement the core engine software used by game developers. These additional software services aid developers with Ads management, Analytics intelligence and ways to more effectively create and share game builds.

As a Services Support Engineer for Unity you'll be the primary point of contact for game developers utilizing our services, responding to questions, solving problems, up-selling where it makes sense, and generally ensuring the highest quality of customer experience.   • Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries from game developers, using the Zendesk technical ticketing system to manage and prioritize issues

  • Respond to Forum posts

  • Participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert for technical product details

  • Investigate, research, debug, and solve integration problems, interacting with customers and internal development engineers as needed to do so

  • Enhance, expand, and develop documentation, resource materials, and technical FAQs

  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports that detail the issues you are working on

  • Recommend product and support delivery ideas

  • Profile and debug as needed


  • 3+ years of experience in software development or support, with strong programming skills in C#, Objective-C, Java, etc.

  • Familiarity with iOS and Android development tools

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing, technical support role

  • Previous monetization tech (mobile ads or in-app purchase) background

  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a drive for results

  • Experience in debugging and profiling

  • Excellent written communication in the English language

  • Dependability and personal accountability are expected

  • Travel up to 10% may be required

Bonus Points

  • Previous Unity development experience

  • Previous experience in a B2B support role

  • Experience with game engines and development environments (such as Unity, cocos2d, or OpenGL)

This individual will be the "go-to person" for a variety of inquiries that come in through Client Services. The Client Services Support Specialist will own tasks across all Client Services regions. This role will be an integral part of improving the operational efficiency of the Client Services department. This individual will primarily work with our Client Services team, but may also work cross-functionally with many departments such as billing, data entry, clinical consult, and internal lab teams. What you will do: * Perform operational tasks to reduce work overflow, such as: processing kit requests, as well as work with our kit vendor to obtain kit tracking information when there are logistic issues, send receipts, sending forms or customs letters, calling shipping vendors to check on delay notifications * Provide technical assistance to Client Services team, such as, but not limited to: unlocking online portal, releasing reports to patients, uploading documents * Faxes: checking, sending and distribute/action appropriately * Assist in resolving problems or gathering information when needed * Assist on projects and ad hoc tasks * Help to maintain SLAs, region queues and regionalize cases in Salesforce * Participate in Client Services trainings and Invitae compliance, as needed What you bring: * 2+ years experience working in a customer service, front desk and/or administrative assistant role * Preference for industry experience in healthcare, biotech, and/or life science * Exceptional oral and written communication skills * Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail * Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities * Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce Lightning * Passion for working on a team where customer satisfaction is the primary focus * Must be able to travel at minimum once per year for required CS Training By joining Invitae, you'll work alongside some of the world's experts in genetics and healthcare at the forefront of genetic medicine.
