The primary purpose of this role is to provide Compliance trends and data analytics for the Services organization and provide support for the development and maintenance of installation programs within the group. This includes responsibility for leveraging all data sources and compiling meaningful analysis of Services performance (regulatory/contracts/licensing) to be shared with Field, Stores and SSC teams. Ensures timely data collection and reporting on operational performance for the purpose of providing consistent actionable information to field and SSC for improvement within the menu of services offered. This role is critical to Lowe's as it supports the Services organization in making improvements to how Services drives installed sales and delivers installation programs in a regulatory compliant and customer confident manner.
Provides analysis and benchmarks of Lowe's installation fulfillment performance through its provider network and production offices via data analytics and operational feedback
Provides analysis on installation programs' expense performance to identify opportunities for improving vendor compliance, vendor improvement, and / or the method by which an installation program is sold.
Designs and implements install compliance programs that are regional or a pilot to supplement capacity of Service Production Manager
Maintains install programs by integrating compliance labor items into the selling tools, data sets, and any other system integration required
Collaborates with Divisional Director Services to measure service compliance health and identify gaps in training or resources
Directs how data should be stored and measured by IT, Legal, and Risk Claims in order to provide needed feedback of Services Compliance and Company Risk
Collaborates across organizations to provide additional insights regarding regulatory advice, documentation and responses to various government organizations.
Coordinates and updates any compliance documents as needed including but not limited to Lowe's training systems, contracts in selling systems, and store process documents.
Audits against Compliance regulatory items for permitting, licensing, background checks, EPA, OSHA and any other required items and incorporates into datasets for known trends and issues.
Provides data to Legal resulting from requests including but not limited to state / federal government agencies, media requests, ethics point inquiries and other investigations.
Researches and processes license renewals as well as any other exam preparation or ongoing education to maintain good standing and compliance status.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years' Experience in project / process management, data analytics, or merchandising / supply chain. Three or more years' experience with reporting systems such as SQL or MicroStrategy/DART. Advanced analytical skills and excellent communication and project management skills
Master's Degree in Business Administration
7+ years Experience In a merchandising and fulfillment environment. Five or more years experience in analytic design, report development, and complex root-cause analysis
