Responsible for day to day decisions to assure a high level of customer service. Monitor workload to assure all orders and confirmations are completed by the end of the day.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service including 1 year supervisory experience.
Strong customer service, leadership and motivational skills.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Strong AS400 and order entry/AOPS knowledge.
