Overview

Ensure that assigned, low to moderately complex, ILI projects and customers are managed in a highly professional and customer-focused way in compliance with customer requirements and TDW standards, from first client inquiry until the successful job completion; including scope, estimate, quote, field execution, invoice and final reporting in efforts to obtain project success.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstands and regularly utilizes project management best practices.Analyzes and appraises effectiveness of operations to ensure that established objectives are met and corporate policies observed.Drives cooperation between all Inline Inspection Services teams, Pipeline Services and all regions in order to allow for development and execution of In-Line Inspection projects.Emphasizes an exceptional level of professionalism and safety with all internal/external customers.Works with other Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to understand and practice the Integrity Project Management role, responsibilities and best practices.Collects and reviews all ILI project information required from internal/external customers in efforts to execute successful ILI runs/projects.Reviews quotes/invoices for accuracy and compares to Scope Of Work in addition to collaborating with Sales Rep, Regional Management and local management team to ensure proper pricing and invoicing.Publishes, documents and communicates Pre-Job Meeting Notes and/or Scope Of Work on each ILI project.Monitors, participates and communicates in overall project background, objectives, scope of work and deliverables.Attend site visits and customer meetings as necessary.Identifies and coordinates resources and assigns individual responsibilities within the project team, including vendors, sub-contractors and field personnel, engineering etc

Manages customer expectations relative to the job scope, scope changes, work execution and invoicing.Establishes, assigns, documents and communicates project Risk level to the customer and ILI organization on all projects.Works with Applications Specialists, Engineering and other experienced Project Managers to mitigate project risks.Minimizes company exposure to risk on all projects.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred. Associated Degree (or equivalent) with 3 years technical experience in pipeline cleaning, pipeline operations, inline inspection or related business Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Academic knowledge of basic project management principles, including: scope definition, budget management, project reporting, invoicing. Basic knowledge of pipeline cleaning, operations and/or inline inspection work is required. Extensive experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT with working knowledge in project management package software. Strong sales and interpersonal

The incumbent provides administrative project leadership and support to organization teams and senior stakeholders. The incumbent serves as a liaison between the PgMO team, ITS department and other teams within the organization. Ensuring timely delivery and execution of all projects. Responsibilities * Coordinates day-to-day management of a small to medium IT, academic, research or administrative project. * Leads planning and implementation of a small to medium project. * Facilitates usage of standardized project management definitions documentation to include project definition, scope, goals and deliverables. * Defines project tasks and resource requirements. * Plans and develops project plans; timelines. * Tracks project deliverables and monitors budget expenditures using standard project management tools. * Provides direction and support to project team. * Continuously monitors and reports on progress and quality activities of the project to all stakeholders. * Implements and manages project change management, risk management and mitigation actions to achieve project success. * Maintains project records, lists and files. Prepares related reports and perform ongoing evaluation of project effectiveness. * Provides project tool support to meet departmental/project objectives. * Coordinates and/or Facilitates project kick off meetings, workshops, luncheons and other meeting formats within the scope of the project. * Performs appropriate project closure that includes evaluation, assessment of results and closure documents. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities * Excellent project communications and outreach skills. * Ability to share expertise with internal and external staff. Able to answer project management questions. * Understanding of financial systems, resource planning systems and processes with ability to coordinate budget/resources estimates – able to manage actual vs. plan. * Understanding and user of project management tools (e.g. Planview, MS Project). * Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. * Planning, organizing, delegation skills. * Excellent communication skills; able to influence and lead without direct supervisory responsibility. * Team player, negotiator, conflict management, adaptable, able to handle stressful situations without direct intervention. Qualifications Qualifications Required * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or Business Administration or Computer Science or Health Care Administration or equivalent. * Three years of project management or project coordinator experience. Qualifications (Preferred) Preferred * Experience with Telehealth technology platforms. * Project Management Professionals (PMPs) with Strong Knowledge of PMI processes. * Experience working in a hospital/clinical setting, including interaction with providers. * General IT experience.
