We're looking for a Services Partner Manager for a 6 month contract opportunity. You will be responsible for the oversight and development of all Services Partners and programs within your region of ownership. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our current partner community, identifying potential companies with the right skills and acumen for the successful deployment of Splunk solutions as well as developing a strong Splunk consultant ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
I want and can do that:

  • Ability to identify and create working relationships with services companies as well as partnering with Splunk's Professional Services to deliver enterprise software deployment projects.

  • Recruit, identify and screen potential consulting partners and their respective candidates in order to fulfill geographic and domain needs.

  • Ability to articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the Splunk brand and it's products.

  • Influence our partner community to develop and build a thriving business around Splunk services.

  • Lead the development of the go to market plan to identify, develop and define key focus accounts, to further grow our partner ecosystem.

  • Help define and continually refine Services Partner's on-boarding requirements.

  • Develop and provide KPI metrics of partner coverage, capabilities and performance to deliver services based on demand.

  • Provide reporting and metrics related to the Services Partner program.

  • Understand and interpret the needs of the partner and of Splunk for a mutually beneficial relationship.

  • Be primary point of contact for partners and Splunk Professional Services escalated issues with regards to your partners in the program.

  • Internally advocate and position the services partner community between other Splunk stakeholders and business-owners.

  • Ability to understand and familiarize yourself with Splunk and other required technologies at a high level.

Requirements:
I've already done that!

  • 5+ years experience in Professional Services roles for enterprise IT software.

  • Experience with contract management and negotiation.

  • Effective and clear communication with services partners, channel and Professional Services leaders.

  • Well organized with a healthy sense of urgency.

  • Ability to meet SLAs and aggressive deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, independent and self-educating, yet willing and able to work collaboratively with partner community and fellow Splunkers.

  • Able to analyze, develop and deploy internal processes.

  • Travel required: 30%-50%

Education: Got it!

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Join the AMA team as a Project Manager in Strategy. As part of the team, you will provide project management and coordination to the AMA initiative with the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM) to engage multiple stakeholders in a project to enhance processes to screen high risk patients from vulnerable populations and refer into a diabetes prevention program. Develop and execute on projects related to the AMA's responsibilities which support designated health care organizations with established models for providing technical assistance and resources needed to achieve the goals of the grant. Manage and support key relationships with the stakeholders participating in the grant working collaboratively to enroll and sustain participation of vulnerable populations in a diabetes prevention program. Other Responsibilities will include: Relationship Management - Develop and manage relationships with the various grant partners (ACPM, Black Women's Health Imperative, health care demonstration sites) designated as contributors and grantees for the grant funded project. Identify clear responsibilities of all stakeholders to achieve the goals of the project; represent AMA's services and support capabilities and align these with those capabilities of other stakeholders. Ensure regular communication with stakeholders and steady progress toward meeting deliverables. Identify challenges, unmet needs and work collaboratively to develop solutions in partnership to advance the goals of the project. Provide management support, coordination and assistance to the stakeholders designated by ACPM as participants in the project. Work with key IHO subject matter experts (e.g., diabetes prevention SMEs, clinical team members, analytics, communications and products, other as defined) to coordinate the effective use of AMA services and products with those of other stakeholders involved in the project. Project Management - Develop project charters, timelines, and work plans; facilitate cross-disciplinary team meetings; ensure that project deliverables are met on time. Adhere to project work plan and the communications schedule established by ACPM. Identify and pre-empt barriers to project success; manage internal stakeholders to meet project deliverables and provide leadership with updates. Work with other IHO staff members with defined roles in supporting AMA's responsibilities associated with the grant in order to formulate AMA's contribution to the goals of the project. Technical Assistance – Demonstration Sites - Assist in defining strategy and direction in engaging with health care demonstration sites in order to implement the processes and practices which enhance identification and referral of high risk patients in vulnerable populations to diabetes prevention programs. Provide ongoing guidance and technical assistance to the designated demonstration sites employing the AMA's expertise and resources for engaging care teams and patients to increase referrals to diabetes prevention programs. Work with key IHO subject matter experts to identify relevant tools and resources to advance the goals of the project; identify and implement modifications to the inventory of tools and resources to achieve impact within the health care demonstration sites. Execute on other activities to support administration of the grant - Play a leadership role in preparing project reports to capture key learnings from the engagement work with the health care demonstration sites and grant partners. Coordinate closely with CDC-funded organizations partnering with ACPM to track progress on timelines and deliverables; ensure this progress is accurately reflected in grant reporting. Complete and submit reports to ACPM, based on a defined reporting calendar, summarizing AMA's projects and activities associated with the grant obligations. Prepare final project summary which include highlighting key learnings and recommendations drawn from all partners in the project. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in health administration, public health or other related field preferred. * A minimum of five years post-degree experience in a health-related field with responsibilities for program implementation, disease prevention and/or chronic disease management specialization or similar expertise. * A minimum of one to two years of experience in project management, planning, and execution. Experience working with clinicians, health care leaders and health care organizations is preferred. * Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to function effectively as a team member across departments. * Working knowledge of the process of health care delivery in multiple settings (e.g., ambulatory settings, community based clinics) and managing the health of a population. * Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize information or data from a variety of sources in-order-to organize, analyze information and translate findings to decisions. * Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across many assignments; detail and task oriented, with the ability to function effectively under tight deadlines and high workload. * Ability to interface effectively with people of varying disciplines, background, and expertise, including senior-level management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting in a large group setting. * Travel required.
