Services and Operations Leader, West
Thisposition is responsible for overseeing Services & Operations for ourwestern region, including but not limited to managing and engaging the serviceand operations team, receiving & shipping functions, light assembly, datamining, and customer communications. This position is responsible for achieving maximum quality with respectto light assembly of vehicles, on-time delivery to customers, and expansion ofthe service business while ensuring all activities meet/exceed financial goalsand customer satisfaction. As a businessleader, this position will direct and drive transformational actions that bringabout sustained process improvements in all areas of the Regional ServicesCenter.
Regional Services Center goals and objectives.
Createsand executes Regional Services Center annual operating budgets. Reviews monthlyexpenses and meets with appropriate personnel to identify discrepancies andimplement corrective action.
DirectsRegional Services Center activities to ensure a smooth work flow whilemaintaining inventory levels within budgeted guidelines.
Overseesdaily and weekly shipping schedules and production capabilities to assure alldeadlines are met, proper documentation and procedures are followed, andmonitors performance KPI's to drive continuous improvement.
Reviewsall Safety, Customer, Quality and Productivity metrics as issued. Implementsand exercises adequate controls over procedures, practices, and tools to assureperformance levels equal or surpass specified levels/goals.
Developsprogram recommendations to drive operational efficiency.
Developsand directs service strategy to include marketable service products and fieldservices/fleet management seminars in an effort to broaden direct customers anddealer's product knowledge and ability to deal effectively and efficiently withthe Company's product lines.
Overseesservice maintenance and repair operation throughout the western region toensure customer requests are met in a timely and efficient manner, vehiclesrepairs meet requirements/specifications, and technician performance is continually improving our service metrics: Margin,Rev/tech, tech utilization.
Drivesprofitability of leases and works with the transportation provider to ensure ontime lease and used delivery.
DrivesEnvironmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance, awareness, and ongoingimprovement. Develops measurement and control systems to monitor and improveperformance. Ensure training is provided to all employees to ensure a safe,productive work environment.
ManagesSales Services Center employee headcount, team performance, review process,training, development, and staffing decisions.
