Responsibilities

We are seeking a mission-focused ServiceNow Systems Engineer to support and contribute to our government customer's success in Herndon, Virginia!

Qualifications

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies

• Experience designing and developing solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge.

• Experience evaluating the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test).

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements.

• Experience performing System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies.

Preferred Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.

• System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations.

• Experience designing and developing product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules.

• Experience utilize the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions.

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM

• Certified Application Developer

• Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics

• MC Service Portal

Security Clearance Level

• TS/SCI with Polygraph (current)

Work Schedule

• Full-time on-site at designated facility.
