Role Description

This is a full-time and hybrid role for a ServiceNow Sr. Technical Consultant with skills in SecOps and CMDB. As a Technical Consultant/ Developer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing technical solutions using ServiceNow platform. You will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best-practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of SecOps solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create expert-level JavaScript and utilize ServiceNow JavaScript API's for custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, and UI scripts.
• Design and implement solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Security Operations and Vulnerability Response processes, including integrations with other systems and data sources.
• Configure and manage vulnerability scanning tools via APIs and integrate with ServiceNow.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow Security Operations and related modules
• Deliver measurable, positive results within client and team timelines, ensuring positive client feedback.
• Continuously learn service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies.

Compensation:

Pay range is $165,000.00 - $200,000.00, depending on experience and other qualifications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps and CMDB implementation and integration
• At least one of the following certifications: CAD or CSA or CIS-SIR or CIS-VR
• ServiceNow development experience with CMDB, SecOps modules
• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's.

Other requirement:

• Must have active clearance - Secret or Top Secret
• Must live in Hampton roads or Boston area
• Must be able to work onsite for 2 days a week
