ServiceNow Solutions Engineer, Senior
Assist with the planning and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across the client organization. Support technical expertise and assistance to delivery teams. Assist with designing solution architectures, implement technical features, extending the platform, and migrating from legacy IT service management (ITSM) tools.
2+ years of experience with development, including the design, development, and integration of ITSM platforms
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations
Experience with Agile development and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
Experience with networking, servers, databases, and Web services technologies
Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy and Siebel
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
AWS Associate Level Certification
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
