Servicenow Solution Lead

As a ServiceNow Solution Lead, you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. You are a self-driven professional who excels at driving successful implementations and maximizing the value of our ServiceNow platform. In this critical role, you will play a key role in designing , developing, and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions to streamline operations and improve user experience across the organization. You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to create customized solutions that meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of ServiceNow technical and consulting services across the HRSD modules.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow proposals and solutions.
• Manage a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ServiceNow projects.
• Identify and define KPIs, scorecard reporting, and dashboards to achieve target ROI.
• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure delivered solutions meet client requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal team and clients on ServiceNow functionality.
• Identify opportunities for client optimization and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow releases and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Experience -

• 7+ ServiceNow Deployments
• 3+ HR Service Delivery Deployments
• 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem (Partner or Direct ServiceNow)
• 10+ years of experience in technology
• Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow implementation or system integrations

Skills -

• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
• Certified Technical Architect or commitment to achieving this certification within 6 months
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
• Ability to successfully contribute to business development activities by assessing client needs and designing innovative ServiceNow solutions.
• Track record of successfully fostering client account growth and development.
• Proven skills in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement.

Education -

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

• Ability to commute to our office and clients within the metro area of the location listed.

The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$170 ,000 annually, depending on factors such as skillset and experience. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded based on individual contributions and overall company performance.
