KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner, Custom Business Applications to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Participate in development and execution of ServiceNow productstrategy and roadmap for the US for a specific ServiceNow module or group ofmodules
Working with direct business stakeholders, business processowners and executive leaders to define the product vision, roadmap and partnerwith the platform owner to ensure delivery using Agile methodologies
Serve as the single point of ownership for an entire module orgroup of modules and coordinate the delivery of new features and workflows,coordinate the daily operations, and work with stakeholders in the business andwithin the technology organization to ensure smooth product operations
Manage a team of ServiceNow Technical Product Managers,Developers and Technical Leads; Manage a team of Technical Product Managers,Developers and Technical Leads; Work with SCRUM Masters, Business Analysts, ServiceNow Architects and other resources as required to deliver ServiceNow Product releases
Provide backlog management and sprint planning for a module orset of modules; Provide leadership and direction and remove obstacles to ensurethe product and team members have all the tools and guidance to successfullyexecute the strategies
Work with the technology organization's Agile CoE to ensureproduct delivery is using Agile optimally; Coordinate solutions to projectbarriers and escalate appropriately; Steer overall business expectations,perceptions and support ongoing two-way communication of product strategies,priorities and governance
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of experience using ServiceNow to leverage and create enterprise solutions fordriving digital transformation of an organization including in-depthunderstanding of a platform's capabilities and the most effective approach tomeet the desired digital transformation outcomes
Bachelor's degree from anaccredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Deep knowledge and experiencein understanding enterprise requirements necessary to successfully implement acomplex SaaS or PaaS solution including a strong appreciation for understandingsecurity, data and business usage requirements
Advanced knowledge instrategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continueto innovate and to drive continuous improvement
Ability to understand thelong-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
Outstanding verbal/writtencommunication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead anenvironment driven by customer service and teamwork; Ability to foster thedevelopment of high-performance teams; Capable of building strongprofessional relationships with ability to influence all levels across theorganization; Must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives forteam; Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative businesssolutions; Ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans,defining next generation business and leadership needs
recent experience implementing enterprise solutions with expertise in production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
