Infosys is seeking to hire ServiceNow Process Lead with Functional domain experience in one of processes like IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Services, Security Operations, Customer Service Management etc. The position primarily will be responsible for playing functional lead (Project Management Consultant or Business Process Consultant) roles at ServiceNow engagements for various Infosys clients covering various Service Management processes.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of working experience in Information Technology.Experience working with ITIL processes or one of the functional domains like Operations Management, HR Services, Security Operations, Customer Service Management etc.
Good understanding of key ITIL or functional domain concepts and their business applicability
Experience working as Project lead / Scrum master / Functional lead working with team of functional analysts/developers
Strong communication skills and experience managing IT/Business Stakeholders
Experience working in a global delivery model as part of large deployment or support engagement and be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
As the Project Management Consultant role, the candidate should be able to
Provide support to Implement ServiceNow Projects
Liaison between the client and functional/technical teams, conduct workshops
Advocate the use of Agile Implementation to simplify the delivery of ServiceNow Projects with different clients.
Conduct Workshops and project meetings
Develop and maintain a Project Plan and Integrated Schedule in support of assigned capability
Include manpower resources, estimate cost, and all applicable interdependencies
Create, review and update documents and matrices, and provide status reports
Develop charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams that identify trends to assist in the analysis of capability problems
As the Business Process Consultant role, the candidate should be able to
Analyze the organization and design of business functions and operations in order to assess business models and their integration with technology
Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific technology requirements
Analyze and document the business models and requirements, and work with project teams to enable business through process and technology implementations
Evaluate the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description, and task analysis. Document and analyze the required information and data
Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designs.

Any industry leading Service Management or Domain certifications
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
