The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.

Position Summary:

Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, enhancement/optimization, and support of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to, ITSM, HRSD, Onboarding, and Employee Service Center.

Position Responsibilities:

Key Areas of Responsibility

1.Partner with Business and Platform Team to develop the ServiceNow system following best practices

a. General focus on design, develop, implement and optimization in the Employee Service Center and Integration Hub.

b. Support interfaces and have a good understanding of available integrations with 3rd party tools.

c. Extending into modules including: HR Case, Onboarding, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, HR Agent/SOW Workspace, Reports/dashboards and AI search.

d. Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to efficiently and effectively deliver product enhancements, new features, and defect fixes.

e. Update documentation of all products including but not limited to design documentation, technical operations, support documentation, and release notes.

f. Provide UAT testing for instance upgrades.

g. Work with members of the team, vendor, and other teams in support of application performance tuning and troubleshooting.

h. Resolve incidents within SLAs.

2.Maintains governance in accordance with product and service owners.

a. Ensure all work adheres to standard work, policies, and best practices for development and platform maintenance.

b. Maintains compliance with system policies regarding sensitive data.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HealthCare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience may substitute for education.

Experience

Two (2) to four (4) years' progressive experience on the ServiceNow Platform

Licensure, Certification, Registration

  • Minimum: CSA
  • Preferred:

o ITIL,

o CSA,

o CAD,

o CIS-ITSM,

o CIS-HR

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • APIs such as REST & SOAP

  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong focus on Employee Service Center
