This is a large staff aug project working at the direction of the customer. Candidates need to be seasoned consultants on the platform and know ITSM extremely well. The person needs to be well-spoken and technically strong.

The candidates need to interview well, first impressions/confidence during the interview is important. Must be on US Soil and have a SSN. There is an onboarding process. We have multiple openings for this position. • Recent experience as a Technical Consultant with implementation and custom integrations around the ServiceNow ITSM module. • Experience in ITSM Pro is a plus. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline. • ServiceNow or ITSM related certification is preferred. • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Has consulting experience in a large organization.
