Job Description - Responsibilities :

  • BA must have a strong understanding of working with HR processes including Employee relations function in HR.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (including waterfall, RUP, and/or Agile) and industry best practices.

  • Self-directed, adaptable, flexible, and curious.

  • Ability to take a large concept and break it down into chunks for successful execution. Ability to quickly development the documentation/pictures to support these concepts.

  • At least 8 to 10 years' experience in various aspects of business analysis and project management

  • Experience in rollout and adoption of new tools, understanding the support structure and planning that needs to be in place Strong ServiceNow Process and Workflow Experience is a must

  • Knows Visio - very strong

  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them to processes in place.

  • Experience working with cross functional stakeholders and the ability to author a range of high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong negotiation skill and can mediate across the Senior executives in Human Resource function

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
