Configuring/Customizing catalog forms, creating/modifying workflows and creating custom tables and managing the existing CMDB.
Building service catalog requests, including creating workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.
Create and manage integrations to other systems using the MID server and ServiceNow Orchestration using web service integrations.
Create and manage client scripts (Jelly and/or Angular JS)
Perform basic administration tasks, including creating assignment groups, modifying assignment group membership and creating/publishing reports for IT and business users.
Creating/migrating update sets as needed.
Collect requirements from the stakeholders, understand the requirements and develop the solution in ServiceNow working with others members of the team as needed.
Ideal Candidate must have the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related area is preferred
2+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery
2+ years of experience as a System Administrator & Developer in ServiceNow
2+ years of experience using scripting, good knowledge of web design
Experience with Service Portals, ServiceNow GRC, Change and Release Management, Orchestration and Jelly / Angular JS scripting is a plus.
