POSITION TITLE - Developer, Business Applications
Reporting directly to the Manager of Business Applications, the Developer position is responsible for designing, programming / configuration, testing and enhancing business applications. These applications support the business needs of functional departments across the enterprise including shared services, branch and information technology operations among other functional areas. Additionally, this position should be able to support and enhance application interfaces and associated custom programs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):
Work in collaboration with management, business users, IT developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and write business requirements then designing and develop modify existing business applications that deliver to stated requirements.
Familiar with working in an agile development environment including the use of stories and sprints to guide development.
Good understanding of development and configuration on cloud based applications, specifically ServiceNow. Be versed in managing these cloud applications to ensure that they are secured and properly configured to align with expectations of the cloud provider.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Well versed in based platform technologies that are applicable regardless of specific product experience: Workflow editor, business rules, client side scripting, script includes, ACLs, configuration of forms (UI actions and polices), customization / extensions of the existing data model.
Utilize Import Sets and Transform Maps to introduce bulk data to the ServiceNow platform.
Be willing to manage both projects to introduce new capability to the platform and well as day-to-day support and administration of the platform. Look for opportunities to improve platform effectiveness and reduction of manual operational processes.
Rich experience in developing reporting to support operations. Demonstrate experience in the utilization of out of the box report technologies: homepages / dashboards, creation and reporting of new metrics, SLAs, attestations, customer surveys.
Experience managing ServiceNow product upgrades, including the familiarization and introduction of new version capabilities into the existing AccentCare platform. Automation of upgrade testing using the automated testing framework a plus.
Proven experience in developing integrations with ServiceNow using REST and/or SOAP. Examples: Inbound creation of incidents from monitoring applications; worker onboarding integrations from HRIS and outbound creation of enterprise security accounts on single sign-on cloud based applications, etc.
Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.
Provide a high level of customer service to our patients/clients and each other.
Bachelor degree required, ideally in computer science, management information systems, or similar.
5 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 3 years experience as an administrator and developer on the ServiceNow platform. Experience in implementing and supporting multiple products and modules: IT Service Management, GRC, HR, CSM, etc.
Advanced Certifications in ServiceNow preferred: Certified Application Developer or multiple module certifications
Experience in the Healthcare industry/domain a strong plus.
Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal), and possess good one-on-one interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse teams (clinical, service center operations, IT) that directly or indirectly impacts business processes.
Experienced utilizing Data Modeling tools (e.g. Erwin, Visio).
Experience with project and development applications:
