Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan Nice To Have: IT Service Management implementation specialist, Customer relationship management implementation specialist ITOM IT operations management implementation specialist Computer science degree or equivalent ITIL Foundations 4.0 or higher ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Tokyo or Higher) ServiceNow Developer Certification (Tokyo or Higher)
