Job Description Job Description Job description We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an experienced ServiceNow Developer be a critical member of the IT Applications team. In this role, you will work together with the platform owner and architect, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

You will maintain and enhance the ServiceNow ecosystem while serving as a technical lead, guiding, and mentoring teams on best practices and complex technical solutions. We're looking for someone with extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, ideally 6 years. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can translate complex concepts into digestible insights.

Schedule M-F, 40 hours per week, Hybrid (requires 3-4 days onsite) Assignment length 6-month contract - MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR FOSTER CITY, CA As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll: · Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration. · Act as a technical lead on projects, serving as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities. · Collaborate closely with the IT application administrators, platform owner and architect to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs. · Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows and processes, and deliver consistent support. · Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company's growth trajectory. Requirements · 6 years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, with a focus on the following: o ITAM, ITOM, Flow Designer, integrations, scoped applications, and automated testing frameworks · Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings, set clear user expectations, and evangelize ServiceNow best practices · Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into digestible insights · A pronounced sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous evolution and learning Preferred Qualifications: · Certification in hardware or software asset management · ServiceNow-certified application developer certification · HR service delivery certification Benefits: · Pre-tax commuter benefits · Employer Subsidized healthcare benefits · Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs · Employer covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k package Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month, ongoing contract position.
