Overview of the Role
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the management and development of the ServiceNow Platform.

Key responsibilities will include:
Development of core ITIL processes as well as business workflows
Life cycle management of cloud upgrades to ensure platform is current, stable and secure
Operate within ServiceNow development standards
Expert in Incident, Problem, Request, Access, Change and Configuration Management
Expert in Orchestration
Extensive JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services and Powershell skill
Extensive experience working with ServiceNows server APIs
Knowledgeable in Asset and Facilities Management
Knowledgeable with update set promotion
Maintenance of:
Events, Notifications, Approvals, Script Includes, Business Rules, Styles, UI Actions & Policies, etc.
Debugging and troubleshooting issues
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Good time management/planning
Challenging, inquisitive, logical and straight talking
Understands business strategy

Technical Skills and Qualifications
3+ years experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent workplace experience
