Role: ServiceNow Developer (OR) ITSM Service Now Developer/ Lead
Location: Raritan, NJ / Pasadena / Pleasanton, CA / Lake Forest, IL
Duration: Full Time
Should have working knowledge in Service Now in Development for at least 5-6 years
Experience in Catalog development in Service Portal
Hands on experience in designing and develooing various intergrations with Service Now
Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API
More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting.
Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade
Experience working in Service Now Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions
ITIL V2/V3 Certification
Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Architect or Programmer/Analyst.
Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change
Development and working experience on Service now plugins and Customizations
Must have 4+ strong working experience in ServiceNow Development
Have worked on Jakarta or Istanbul version
Well versed in Implementation, customization, design and development of Key ITSM functionalities/modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalogue Management etc
Should have knowledge of Script actions, LDAP scripting, UI policies, Time sheet policies, Glide stack, Slide records etc
5+ years of professional experience in design and development in ServiceNow.
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
A fundamental knowledge of ITSM and ITIL.
Experience implementing best-practices and procedures.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a diverse professional setting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time, exhibiting a high degree of proactive hands-on thinking and acting.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where every change affects the experience of our customers and users world-wide.
Strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems to effectively develop technical solutions to the requirements.
Effective communication skills to interact with all levels - from C-level executives to developers.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent
Masters degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent
Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement
