Development for our ERP software that runs on ServiceNow platform. Technical Support to customers and partners. Reports to Senior Manager, SaaS Business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
ServiceNow development activities, which include:
Design, Program, Test, Maintenance, Documentation, and Making development test environments
Develop business applications using ServiceNow standard technology.
Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support to customers and partners.
Performs all required administrative functions necessary to the position.
Education & Training:
Minimum 5 years' experience developing business applications using ServiceNow
Experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow is a plus
ServiceNow development skills
ServiceNow user and administration skills
Good communication skills
Able to occasionally travel
Work with offshore team members
Has a full understanding of area of specialization and able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Will normally receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
