Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the Enterprise Functions Technology team supporting a new ServiceNow Development.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Dallas, TX Chandler, AZ Des Moines, IA Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: 68-73/hour What's the Job?

Max of 5 Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions with a specific emphasis on integrating Gen AI features. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage AI-driven functionalities. Customize and extend ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and others to meet business needs, utilizing Gen AI for automation and intelligent workflows.

Configure AI-powered virtual agents, chatbots, and conversational interfaces within ServiceNow to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure the stability and reliability of Gen AI implementations.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams on AI-related aspects of ServiceNow development. What's Needed?
