Design, build, and deploy innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business success. Lead Projects: Take ownership of the technical development for core modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.

Customize & Optimize: Tailor workflows, UI components, business rules, and client scripts to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate & Innovate:

Partner with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions. Ensure Excellence: Implement best practices to ensure platform security, performance, and reliability.

Document & Share Knowledge: Create technical documentation and maintain a knowledge base for streamlined operations. Solve Problems:

Debug and resolve platform issues with agility and precision. Keep Us Ahead: Oversee upgrades and patches, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.

What We're Looking For Experience: 8 years of hands-on development with a deep understanding of core modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Relevant product certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) Technical Expertise: Mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Proven success in customizing forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Knowledge of web technologies and advanced development methodologies. Soft Skills:

A problem-solving mindset with laser-sharp attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills to connect across teams Education: A diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). What Sets You Apart Expertise in specialized modules like ITOM or ITBM.

Experience with automation tools and orchestration in ServiceNow. Deep knowledge of CMDB implementation and asset management lifecycles. A passion for innovation and staying ahead of platform updates and trends.
