Have experience in supporting ITSM capabilities as a ServiceNow admin, consultant, and/or developer
Interface with business and technical stakeholders to learn about business needs and be able to translate those needs and implement them in a ServiceNow solution
Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, and custom workflow, etc.
Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation
Create reports and configure dashboards for supported users and offices that provide customer and service fulfillment metrics
Collaborate with Program Management, Development, and Help Desk teams to create and publish support wiki articles and best practice artifacts describing developed modules and ServiceNow configurations
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of application/tool functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development for users and offices supported by ServiceNow
Develop integration components between ServiceNow and other enterprise platform components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
Understand the ITIL framework and have experience implementing Service Operations processes and best practices

2+ years of ServiceNow Consulting and Development experience
5+ years of experience as a technical resource on development and O&M engagements at customer sites
Ability to coordinate with implementation partners, IT managers, internal stakeholders and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
Ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interrupts with high level of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BS Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or related field
You have a Secret Clearance

You are a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified Application Developer
You also understand key organizational and process maturity frameworks such as ITIL and CMMI; specifically, as they relate to the ServiceNow Management applications: Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Configuration Management.
You have the CompTIA Security+ Certification
What your day will look like:
Consult with federal customers supporting a recently implemented ServiceNow platform
Install, custom develop, configure, and administer ServiceNow
Work independently conducting O&M on a supported ServiceNow instance maintaining steady state operations.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders identifying new features to be developed that support the user base.
Work with Development team and other organization stakeholders to establish integration points between ServiceNow and other mission critical software applications
Work with MetroStar's leadership, business development, and proposal teams to grow MetroStar's ServiceNow expertise and customer base
