HireCentrics is seeking a ServiceNow Business Architect for a full-time, direct position with a growing government contractor. This role will support the Social Security Administration (SSA) in its transformation initiatives and IT systems modernization efforts.

The ideal individual will have deep experience with enterprise solution architectures with a variety of technologies, but focused in low-code/no-code environments such as ServiceNow. We are seeking an individual who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The Architect role is a thought leader who should possess a proven track record of leading technical design in collaboration with business and other technologists. Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. Working on-site at a customer location, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Clear strategic vision and approach to projects
  • Establishing and fostering partnership and trust between the Business and Systems
  • Integrating process optimization and innovation engineering efforts into projects
  • Defining and promoting best practices around technologies
  • Creating and maintaining architectural standards
  • Promoting standard methodologies, tools and processes in support of project delivery across stakeholders
  • Drive enablement of project and business resources
  • Ensure proper governance
  • Drive maturity within the organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 20 years of work experience; Masters and 18 years of experience; or a minimum 24 years of work experience in lieu of a degree
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in three or more ServiceNow Platform areas
  • 10+ years of relevant design and architecture experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data into a single system
  • 4+ years of relevant experience un ServiceNow Demand Management
  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Jakarta or later releases
  • 4+ years of experience in one or more ServiceNow Platform areas
  • 4+ years of experience as a customer liaison in a technical area
  • 2+ years of experience with the following: Documenting ServiceNow standards, Agile (Scrum), Creating system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior SSA experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings
  • Experience with implementing DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in a ServiceNow environment
  • Experience with designing and implementing REST based API integration services
