Servicenow Business Analyst / Scrum Master

• To Develops detailed IT work plans with SCRUM framework, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

• Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.

• Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools, and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget)

• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or IT infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.

• Recommends and oversees process improvements.

4.Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is desired.

• Must be able to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.

• Deploy the SCRUM framework within our existing Process Controls SCRUM Team

• To participate in the program level planning and related events to represent the team.
