Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, creating test plans and executing test cases, and ensuring that the platform functionality meets the expectations of the stakeholders. You will also ensure that the platform adheres to Acrisure brand standards and provides a consistent user experience across all modules and features.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the development team

• Document, communicate and validate business, functional design, and process requirements

• Identify areas of process/platform improvement and recommend solutions to gain process efficiencies, and improve long-term platform adoption

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for various ServiceNow modules and features, including Virtual Assistant and Live Chat functions

• Coordinate and execute test activities, such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing

• Report and track defects, issues, and enhancements using appropriate tools and communicate them to the development team and the Scrum Master

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the platform usability, design, and performance

• Collaborate with the development team, the project manager, and the clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, features, and best practices

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills (written and verbal)

• Exceptional skills documenting process design, business requirements, user stories, process guides, and project collateral

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, story writing, test plan development and working on projects using agile methodologies and best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Attention to detail and quality orientation

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

• Two plus years of experience in ServiceNow

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for ServiceNow applications

• Experience with ITSM, CSM, FSO and HR modules preferred

• Experience in testing ServiceNow Virtual Assistant and Live Chat functions is a plus
