What is it in for You?

  • Design the organization's technology roadmap and use of the ServiceNow.com platform

  • Drive global implementation of ServiceNow solutions

  • Develop an efficient and secure technology environment operating across the organizational and computing "silos"

  • Create technology roadmap that aligns with the business processes of the organization and to the IT strategy, using multiple architectural models to show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

  • Accountable for delivery of key elements of this Roadmap

  • Manage the vendors associated with this platform

Requirements:

Education/Experience/Training:

  • 5+ years' experience developing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence preferred, with relevant work experience required

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a closely related field preferred. Advanced degree (MS, MBA, etc.) is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years' experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions required

  • Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow experience required

  • More than 2 years of system administration and development experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise environment including custom workflows, ACL & Security, policies, LDAP etc.

  • More than 2 years of integration and implementation experience activating new applications/modules or integration ServiceNow with ISV's

  • Experience developing requirements and implementing ITIL based ITSM solutions / infrastructure / processes

  • Experience developing web/scripting solutions in an Enterprise environment

  • Enterprise SDLC development methodologies / Agile concepts

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Web Development Experience including and

  • ServiceNow technical acumen including ServiceNow architecture, API (HTTP, REST, SOAP), and development/scripting skills such as HTML/ XML / Javascript, AngularJS, Jelly etc.)

  • Broad understanding of ServiceNow platform including modules / applications / integration / reporting / portal / catalog etc.

  • Strong communication / presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong business acumen, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • Organized and driven for results with a proven record of effectively and efficiently delivering several priorities simultaneously.
