The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Clear Skye, and ensuring seamless integration with CMDB and Discovery functionalities.The Senior ServiceNow Systems Engineer / Architect will: * ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Event Management:*

Utilize expertise in CMDB to maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration data. * Manage and optimize the Discovery module to automate the CMDB population. * Management of the Event Management System * Application Portfolio/CSDM experience a huge plus.* CMDB Data Manager for LifeCycle management and retiring/archiving of CIs * Amazon Cloud Services Expertise * Systems Engineering:*

Architect and engineer ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements. * Provide technical leadership in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. * Integration and Collaboration:*

Ensure seamless integration between Clear Skye IAM solutions, CMDB, and Discovery modules. * Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications. * Clear Skye IAM Implementation:*

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Clear Skye IAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions. * Security and Compliance:*

Implement and enforce security best practices in IAM, CMDB, and Discovery configurations. * Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations * Troubleshooting and Support:*

Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow-related issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and support. * Work closely with the support team to resolve incidents and implement enhancements. * Documentation:*

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations. * Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices. *What You'll Bring * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 4 years field experience * Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer * In-depth knowledge of Clear Skye IAM solutions, CMDB, and Discovery modules. * Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowersShell, etc.) for ServiceNow customization * Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices * Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environmentCertifications: * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required* AWS Cloud Practitioner FoundationalPreferred Skills: * Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules. * Familiarity with ServiceNow Utah release or later. * Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integrations. * Database Experience (SQL, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.)Why You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
