Servicenow Administrator

Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Administrator will leverage a minimum of three (3) years of IT

experience, focusing on comprehensive customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

? Account Administration

a. Provisioning of accounts

b. Management of roles and responsibilities

? Dashboarding and Reporting

a. Creation and maintenance of dashboards

b. Integration of data from external systems into dashboards

c. Generating reports and assisting users in report creation

? Policy and Documentation

a. Collaboration in developing administrative and TSC (Technology Service

Center) policies and documentation

a. Backup for the TSC project manager as needed
