CACI is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator to join our NMMES support team. The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for development, administration, and integration of the company's ServiceNow implementation, including system integrations, custom code, 3rd-party applications, and other company systems. This person collaborates with other departments to meet the changing business requirements as the company continues to grow. This role also plays an important function of gathering business requirements, testing, enhancements, and implementing projects.
What You'll Get to Do:
STIG and patch ServiceNow application
Working directly with end users to resolve support issues and fulfill requests within ServiceNow.
Monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Develops/implements new configurations and customizations for ServiceNow.
Developing system integrations and process automation within the ServiceNow instance and other Information Services applications.
Creating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
Coordinating and facilitating application and platform upgrades.
Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Implements new ServiceNow modules
Maintains an understanding of ServiceNow modules and software licensing functionality.
Providing updates, status and completion information to tickets in the work queue regarding current assigned incidents, resolution efforts, and projects.
Ability to stay on schedule and produce results in a timely manner
Qualifications You Will Bring:
A favorably adjudicated SSBI or SSBI-PR updated within the past 5 years with eligibility for a top-secret DoD security clearance.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, to include 3+ years of implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions
Must have thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
Knowledge of Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Information Security and Technical Privacy.
Knowledge of ServiceNow applications for Incident, Change, Problem, CMS, Facilities, Knowledge, CMDB and reports / metrics, as well as Performance Analytics.
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO in an administrative capacity.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist
Experience with ServiceNow System Administration
In depth understanding of ServiceNow functionality and how ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow including, but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Service Portal modules.
Must meet Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification criteria specified in DoD 8570-01M which includes: Security+CE, (or one of the following equivalents: GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security)
A computing environment certification such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or an equivalent
